We\u2019re on our way to South Carolina! Happy events on the horizon. Our granddaughter graduates from high school on June 4. Our grandson Micah has a ceremony to move from 8th grade to high school next fall this Wednesday May 31. Is that graduation? We hope to arrive in time to deliver a bowtie for Micah and enjoy the ceremony.<\/p>\n

We loaded up the car this morning and began our journey at Noon. Joyce is the driver for the entire trip due to Gary\u2019s rotator cuff surgery. Maybe he can return to driving in about a week\u2026.<\/p>\n

We made our way to Delaware Route 9 to stop and do maintenance on one of our geocache hides. Then continuing on our \u201croad less traveled\u201d route we headed for the eastern shore via US 113 and US 13. Fortunately, most of the holiday travel was going north making our drive much less stressful for Joyce. Enjoyed lunch from supplies while driving and stopped for a geocache near Onley VA before crossing the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.<\/p>\n

Arrived at our hotel around 6 PM. Dinner from supplies along with a nice ros\u00e9 to make the first day of travel a success!<\/p>\n
