Missed posting yesterday again! \u00a0Just too many things happening to pause for an update!<\/p>\n
So, Saturday we had made a plan to take Jeannie, Riley and his girlfriend Tia to see the Video Games Live concert with the Utah Symphony. \u00a0This was a 11 AM show and we took the light rail Trax downtown. \u00a0The concert seemed to be in conjunction with Comic Con and there were a lot of costumed folks on the train and around downtown. \u00a0Very interesting! \u00a0And the combination music and video made for and interesting performance.<\/p>\n
After the show we returned to Jeannie’s for dinner and a movie (pizza & Wall-E). \u00a0Then to the Springhill Suites for the night.<\/p>\n
Sunday morning was a great breakfast with Pat & Tim Coffey at the Silver Fork Lodge in Big Cottonwood Canyon near Salt Lake City. \u00a0We had great views and conversation catching up in person instead of by facebook and email.<\/p>\n
On the way down the mountain J&G stopped to collect two geocaches at the bottom of the canyon. Then we did some shopping I. Walgreens and got a car wash to remove road dirt from the Copper Cache Rover. \u00a0We then made a stop at the Sego Lilly Gardens to check on their hours for a later visit. \u00a0Closed they were on Sunday, but a geocache we have looked for on two previous trips was still haunting us. \u00a0Since there were no muggles around we decided to take make another search. \u00a0Success!<\/p>\n
