Gary has returned to photography as an art form.\u00a0 He got his first digital camera in 2003 and after several years and several cameras, finally got his first “big camera” a Canon 7D dSLR in the spring of 2011.\u00a0\u00a0 He joined the Delaware Photographic Society in the fall of 2011 and began entering the monthly competitions.\u00a0 The first year he was in Class B, but by the end of that competition year, his images were successful enough to be promoted to Class A for the 2012-2013 competition year.\u00a0 Once again, he was promoted after one year to the Salon Class where he now has to compete with the most experienced photographers in the club.<\/p>\n
